• Intellect Computers is a complete digital transformation project where I served as Project Lead and Technical Architect, managing requirement gathering, client communication, development planning, and execution
• I led a team of developers to design and build a high-performance SEO-optimized website using Next
• js and a scalable multi-user mobile application using Flutter and Firebase
• The website was engineered with advanced SEO, AEO, and GEO strategies, structured schema implementation, dynamic course architecture, academic results integration, and AI-ready content optimization to maximize search visibility and long-term digital authority
• The mobile application features role-based access control for Admin (institute management), enrolled students, and guest users, enabling structured academic management, real-time data handling, and scalable backend architecture
• This project demonstrates leadership, system architecture design, search optimization engineering, and end-to-end product execution from concept to deployment
